Mindset is everything.

How's everyone feeling this week? I think the majority of us were really looking forward to seeing the back of 2020 and we entered the new year guns blazing and full of hope, only to realise that this year is just an extension of last year. This is generally the time when things settle down and reality kicks back in. The festivities are over, the weather's cold and grey, and nothing's changed. Otherwise referred to as January blues.


But it doesn't have to be that way.


That change you're looking for is really down to you and your mindset. Change comes from within and external factors are just that; external. They may be easier to change, but it's often just a quick fix. You'll remain the same on the inside unless you work on changing that too.


Also, we're in control of so few external factors - the current pandemic being a prime example. But we’re 100% in control of ourselves, our mindsets and our actions. We have the power to change those things, and when we do; external factors have less of an affect on us. They don't control us, we control us. And we have the power to be who we want to be and live the lives we want to live.


Mindset is everything.
